1. Who we are

Loregrid is operated by Technolay OÜ (Estonian registry code 17546223), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@loregrid.world.

2. Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address and display name.
• Content you create, including worlds, nodes, relationships, notes, tasks, uploaded media, and feedback.
• Basic technical and service data needed for authentication, security, diagnostics, and reliable operation.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and secure Loregrid, save and synchronize your work, respond to support requests, send service emails, diagnose failures, and improve the product. We do not use your authored content to generate other users' worlds.

4. Service providers

Loregrid uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for hosting; Resend for transactional email; and Stripe for subscription billing. Stripe receives payment and billing details needed to process purchases; Loregrid does not store full card details.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and content while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and backup purposes. You can export your data or request permanent account deletion from Account Settings. Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire.

7. Your choices

You may access and export your Loregrid data, update profile information, or delete your account from Account Settings. You may also contact support for assistance with a privacy request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children

Loregrid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
