Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Loregrid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and activity performed through your account. Notify support@loregrid.world if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the worlds, lore, notes, media, and other content you submit. You grant Loregrid a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, access another user's data, distribute malware, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use Loregrid for unlawful or abusive activity.
5. Plans, billing, gifts, and cancellation
Loregrid offers Free and paid Pro plans. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance in euros, monthly or annually, through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Loregrid Pro gifts provide the stated fixed period of access, do not renew automatically, and may be redeemed once. Gift access is added after any active Pro access on the recipient's account. Keep gift links and codes secure: once redeemed, they cannot be transferred. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed billing periods and redeemed gifts are non-refundable. Complimentary Pro access does not create an automatic charge and returns to Free when it expires unless you separately subscribe.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Backups
Loregrid provides data-export features, but you remain responsible for maintaining copies of content that is important to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using Loregrid or delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not by itself create a refund right. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
9. Disclaimers
Loregrid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loregrid and Technolay OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law and operator
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Loregrid is operated by Technolay OÜ, registry code 17546223, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia.
